Ideal boats again?

A lot out there already: too many designs!

But within reason what are the fantasy designs and which new designs come near to what I could bark at?

the ideal size is 27 to 29 feet OA. Goes in the garden, sleeps its' crew. This puts now the Andrews 28 and the Sea quest 27 in the frame: But really it is a 28 foot Melges I am looking for. Realively more ballast. Lifting bulb keel. Trailerable. Sleeps 4 or 5.

then there is the 20 ft miracles: the viper would maybe suite me best, the SB3/20 is more OD though. BUT it would have to be a big, big 59er with foldin decks you sit on. Maybe with a swing keel, maybe with some semi foiling tabs. Maybe just more ballsy than a viper.

thirdly there is the good old IRC tool at 32 to 35 feet: cheaper than the rest due to being like an IMX38 below- spartan. Secret is in that it slips around in light, powers up in 12 knts and then starts to cheat the rule and plane / surf in 20 knts of puffy stuff. Go out and show the tub owners how it is done.

Then there is the etchells for now time: the Js9000 is near to what I mean: only a 6.8m long: etchells with a bowsprit. Soling with a soul.

Now there is the the lill' trailer sailor for the kids to inherit: an H boat for now time, or a J22. Assym, sailed by two or three. Sleeps em. planes earlier than most anything.
